About the role

This Graduate program will offer you the opportunity to further develop your career within our Manufacturing operations.

Over the 2 years term, you will gain significant international experience with the opportunity to undertake at least one rotation abroad.

Key responsibilities include

Over the 3 rotations, the incumbent will gain experience and be responsible for performance outcomes across core areas including : Understanding of Manufacturing Lines and its Capacity Throughput / bottlenecks / How to schedule Production plan online Understanding PID of the plant Details of lines and equipment attached with process controls in each stream SAP Transaction Flows for Production;

Material Transfer / Production FG Booking / MUV analysis in SAP; SAP T Codes for Production booking / transfers should be able to carry out month-end closing KPI : Activity / MUV / Capacity Utilization / OEE Shift Operation Handling People Management, Communication understand Safety Principles and Practices - Work Permit system, HIRA, and understanding of Unsafe acts & Unsafe conditions, SOPs, Dos-Don’ts, Behavioral Safety 5 S / why why analysis / Kaizen Idea Generation Understanding of Rheology, Basic Process Parameters, and its impact on Product Quality SOPs and Safe working Principles Equipment tree and detailing up to Sub Assembly level of all production lines & Plant Utilities

Key tasks and responsibilities will include : Overall Production planning and its day-to-day administration SAP Transaction Flows for Production;

Preventive Maintenance / Time Based; Corrective Maintenance; Condition-based Monitoring system Understanding of Rheology, Basic Process Parameters, and its impact on Product Quality Shift operation management for production and maintenance.

About you

Technical graduate (BE Mechanical / BE Electrical); fresher or less than 2 years experience.

Freshers are most welcome, or if someone is having less than 2 years of experience in any FMCG manufacturing company
