Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure project / program scope and success criteria are clearly established; develop and manage overall project / program plans to meet deliverables
  • works with business end-users, management, and technical teams to better understand and document the business requirements
  • Understand the business priorities and work with the team to plan new initiatives
  • Conduct Market Research and Data Analysis to formulate the strategy for the Leadership
  • Support functional owners in their efforts to drive change by conducting analysis activities, facilitate change management, review documentation (Business Requirements Document, etc.) and training.
  • This position is accountable for generating and preparing reports, performing analysis, tracking and submitting data, and related activities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and ad-hoc business object reports in accordance with established guidelines and procedures or as requested
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business and user needs and documents findings and recommend changes to business processes to increase system effectiveness for end users
  • Identify gaps and opportunities with an effective data collection and reporting system as well as frequent internal and external benchmarking.
  • Support the development and sharing of good practices within the Narayana Health Group

  • Evaluate business case with the Senior Management and provide appropriate recommendations for solutions to business problems and process improvements.
  • Spread a culture of continuous improvement, supported with strong communication and a develop / recommend specific training program for associates across all levels
  • Proactively identify changes in project / program scope and assure appropriate measures are taken to reassess and amend requirements, budget and timeline
  • Accurately evaluate complex situations, resolve conflicts and identify solutions that create successful outcomes
  • Work directly with functional area managers to resolve issues that impact completion of project objectives : determine when to escalate issues to appropriate levels of management.
  • Candidate Requirements :

  • 4 years degree + MBA or equivalent through experience
  • At least 5-7 years experience in Program Management or as Business Analyst
  • Extensive knowledge of and competency in project management methodology and processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, working in teams, issues management, monitoring and reporting, and documentation.
  • Must possess strong research and data-gathering abilities with the ability to interpret data in order to develop and implement policies, procedures or solutions
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies preferred
  • Strong track record of driving projects to successful completion, even when operating in matrix organizations, with different support groups with potentially conflicting objectives.
  • Highly developed facilitation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts and develop win / win relationships with other teams
  • Self-starting and able to adapt work priorities in response to complex or changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop scenario thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Analytics tool
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and relevant industry certification will be considered a plus
