What will you do?

  • Work collaboratively with our product and development teams to develop engaging and delightful experiences.
  • Communicate design decisions to cross-functional team members and stakeholders and develop UI library style guides.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and suggest continuous design improvements.
  • Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture and UI design.
  • Create personas and empathy maps through user research and interviews.
  • Facilitate journey mapping exercises and recommend a design approach that meets user needs and business goals.
  • Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate through the design to enhance the experience.
  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis.
  • Use various tools to communicate design concepts before software development through rapid prototyping.
  • Participate as a member of the Agile development team and own team tasks when needed.
  • Coach and mentor others in the field of UI / UX Design concepts.
  • Able to take decisions and own them.
  • Contribute to the development of UI / UX best practices.
  • What will you bring?

  • Passion for mobile games and a vision of the mobile game industry and F2P.
  • Experience as a UI / UX Designer in an Agile environment, working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers.
  • Strong knowledge of modern interfaces, libraries, and best practices.
  • Ability to illustrate creative design ideas using storyboards, process flows, site maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes within often tight deadlines or quick turnaround times.
  • A passion for solving problems and supplying workable solutions.
  • Record of accomplishment of delivering quality experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • A team first approach to problem solving and solutioning.
  • Excellent organization skills, being meticulous, self-managing, and pragmatic.
  • An ability to work under pressure while respecting deadlines and achieving results.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to proactively own user experiences in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
