What will you do?

Work collaboratively with our product and development teams to develop engaging and delightful experiences.

Communicate design decisions to cross-functional team members and stakeholders and develop UI library style guides.

Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and suggest continuous design improvements.

Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture and UI design.

Create personas and empathy maps through user research and interviews.

Facilitate journey mapping exercises and recommend a design approach that meets user needs and business goals.

Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate through the design to enhance the experience.

Conduct competitor and customer analysis.

Use various tools to communicate design concepts before software development through rapid prototyping.

Participate as a member of the Agile development team and own team tasks when needed.

Coach and mentor others in the field of UI / UX Design concepts.

Able to take decisions and own them.

Contribute to the development of UI / UX best practices.

What will you bring?

Passion for mobile games and a vision of the mobile game industry and F2P.

Experience as a UI / UX Designer in an Agile environment, working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers.

Strong knowledge of modern interfaces, libraries, and best practices.

Ability to illustrate creative design ideas using storyboards, process flows, site maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes within often tight deadlines or quick turnaround times.

A passion for solving problems and supplying workable solutions.

Record of accomplishment of delivering quality experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.

A team first approach to problem solving and solutioning.

Excellent organization skills, being meticulous, self-managing, and pragmatic.

An ability to work under pressure while respecting deadlines and achieving results.

A strong work ethic and ability to proactively own user experiences in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
