Functional Responsibilities :

Support on administrative tasks (Shopper Marketing & Shopper Insights budgets)

  • Raise PRs, follow approvals, convert POs and share with suppliers
  • Update budget with information
  • Save documentation in share drive
  • Aquilla / Goods Receipting
  • Send invoice to finance (with GR number)
  • Reconciling each month on line items VS live budget

  • Retrieval of the line items from Finance, matching what is in the budget VS line items
  • Follow up with Finance and SME on discrepancies
  • Material (ZNON / ZFIN) Code set up

  • Receive information from SME detailing creation
  • Filling out excel form and SAP work flow & corresponding with approvers (Master data / SMM)
  • Create PDA / Delivery labels / Code creation in Markitforce

  • Receive information from SME detailing PDA / Delivery labels / Code creation in Markitforce
  • PDA / Code creation in Markitforce : liaising with MF to do this or going into the portal and filling out forms
  • Delivery labels : filling spreadsheet and sending to supplier
  • SOH Report / POS Planning Deck

  • Collating information from SAP / MF, inputting into Excel and emailing to stakeholders
  • Stock Transfers

  • Raising request in SAP and MF (informing QLD / SA team). Follow ups as required
  • People Responsibilities

  • Develop winning relationships with ANZ Category team and other key stake holders within the ANZ business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
  • Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings
