  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA in HR or related function
  • Experience

  • Senior professional who have managed demand / staffing for large IT organizations. Strong knowledge on Recruitment,
  • Demand Management, HR, Analytics related to people / talent and demand

  • 12+ years’ overall experience
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant exp. in demand / staffing management, talent engagement
  • Excellent knowledge on Excel
  • Advance excel knowledge (Automation and Macro)
  • Hands on experience in recruitment is preferable
  • excellent knowledge on Data analysis, MIS, data strategy
  • excellent knowledge and skills on presentation
  • Hands-on to work as an independent contributor
  • Should be creative, innovative and have an ability to think out of the Box
  • Should be able to generate high quality, well-designed communication material (Presentations etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills are mandatory. Should have a meticulous and thorough approach to work.
  • Excellent and clear communication skills are a must.
  • Excellent written skills are a must
  • Excellent SharePoint, Excel and PPT Skills
