Project Role : SW / Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running.

Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : A : Produce a detailed technical design document and effort estimation for Proposal to match clients requirements / expectationsB : The candidate will be responsible for configuration and delivery of RSA Archer solutions and 3rd party integrationsC : He / She will be responsible for the development, administration and support of the RSA Archer Platform - including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows, integrations, etc

Technical Experience : A : Responsible for installation, configuration, customization of RSA-Archer GRC Platform Integration of RSA-Archer with 3rd party tools / applications / platformsB : Responsible for creating data upload / mail merge templates for automated data feeds Performance management of RSA-Archer platform Participate in work flow analysis and work flow redesign Participates in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure the RSA Archer platform to meet client business needs Produce

Professional Attributes : A : Good Communication Team handling and also lead the team Require good interpersonal skills and need to be play a team member role too
