Job Description

To maximize the client sales revenue and volume in a given territory / area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents.

Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he / she leads the delivery operation for.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
  • Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone / territory
  • Train and evaluate the performance of the team
  • Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
