Working within the wider HR teamyou will report directly to the Talent Manager and support them with deliveringthe LD strategy across functions in India.
You will also work closely withthe HR team based in India to continuously develop the HR eco-system.
To assess, train and coach Advanced group employees to increaseeffectiveness and develop career paths. In this role, you will :
o Focus on delivering full training cycle (Scoping, LNA, Design, DeliveryEvaluation) for learning interventions
o Identify opportunities to improve functional performance by conductinglearning needs analyses and designing bespoke interventions to drive measurableimprovement
o Own and deliver the new joiner learning programmes (Boot Camps) andother functional training for entry level and experienced staff.
o Evaluate external training requests and the effectiveness of externaltraining
o Develop strong stakeholder relationships with leaders and managersacross RD and allied functions to providing consultancy on staff learningand development issues within their areas as well as feedback and coaching asrequired.
o Follow up on development actions with delegates and managers to ensurebehavioural change
o Develop assessment material that can be used to support recruitment anddevelopment decisions.
We would like you tohave :
o Excellent Communication skills both face to face and in writing
o Significant experience in supporting organisations as an LDspecialist
o Training delivery experience is essential
o A full understanding of the learning cycle
o Experience in applying coaching skills at all levels of the organisation
o Significant experience in working with stakeholders across levels
