  • Process Overview*

    Info Delivery associates act as a liaison between Business units, BAS (Banc of America Securities), BANA (Bank side Securities), Technology group s and the external vendors .

    They are responsible for ensuring that the daily trade confirmations and monthly statements generated by the external vendor Sourcecorp, are in accordance with the defined business rules and the business requirements in addition to being in compliance with all associated regulatory rules and regulations.

    The Info Delivery team performs Quality Assurance on the Confirms and Statements generated by the vendor and does research on any errors / discrepancies, and coordinates with the Business units and Sourcecorp, the Technology teams and in some cases the product desks to get the issue resolved.

    The job requires the individual to work collaboratively with the external vendor, the BAS Technology team, the Back Office Technology team and with business partners across numerous lines of business.

    Attention to detail and strong coordination and communication skills are critical for job success. Some weekend work will be required during month ends.

    Job Description*

    Associate should possess the knowledge and skill sets required to work at a high level of competence within agreed protocols and with clearly defined lines of accountability for the assigned work.

    Resolution of any processing issues and liaison with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, third Party vendor, technology Departments.

    The job involves a high degree of daily communication and interaction with business units, and internal & external clients.

    Maintenance of customer service levels through speedy resolution of queries requested by business partners and external clients

    Team will research on the request and we will send the same across to the clients, we make sure confirms & statements are delivered error free to clients

    To identify changes to processes and procedures that will improve control, efficiency, reduce risk and / or improve client services Participation in user acceptance testing programmes new business projects Verification on a daily basis that the confirm reconciliations have been updated through external feeds and internal feeds, that the data is correct.


  • Good understanding of Global Markets
  • Ability to maintain good connect with LOB partners and able to handle Issues and Escalations independently
  • To contribute towards consistent delivery on Business metrics along with other new responsibilities and setting higher standards of self and Team performance
  • Excellent Client Relationship and communication skills
  • Build productive teams that works effectively together to achieve or exceed set operational targets & client Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • To create improvements in business processes by contributing ideas and implementing agreed changes into the team's day-to-day operations
  • Act as a process SME
  • To provide coaching & support to individuals to develop their skills, acting as a role model for excellent behavior and performance
  • Liaise with LOB effectively to manage the service delivery in line with the SLA and ADHOC situations
  • Experience in handling the monthly deliverables like Dashboards / Risk Matrix etc.
  • Will be part of BAU apart from strategic and efficiency initiatives
  • To be flexible in their attitude and approach, and be willing to work extra hours during the week with overflow of volume and to provide cover for holidays planned and unplanned

    Experience Range* 4-7 Years

    Mandatory skills* Excellent organizational skills are required with the ability to prioritize daily workload, work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
