Coordinate and monitorall learning programs as per defined processes in respectiveregion.
Maintain Learning and developmentdata.
Implement training programs as permonthly calendar / Ad hoc requests
Logisticsmanagement / implementing standard set up for trainingroom.
Cater to any special requests for roomsetup / facilitator and participant travel(outside of FSGBU)
Ensuring attendance is marked and feedbackshared by participants and communicate the feedback summary withall stake holders
Track, update and generatereports on Learning and developmentmetrics.
Maintain & update resourceavailability records to enable efficient planning oftraining / learning resources.
Coordinate with ITand support teams for the upkeep and maintenance of learningequipment.
Interact with IT team for lab setupin collaboration with Junior / seniorspecialist.
Ensure programs areclosed / cancelled on the LMS.
JobSpecification (Skills andQualifications)
1-2 years in a software or trainingorganization. Should be able to identify areas of coordination andability to communicate with various departments within theorganization
