How will you make an impact?
The SAP Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing, estimating, supporting and managing the effective and efficient delivery of the Material Management and warehouse mgmt.
functional aspects of SAP projects, enhancements and service delivery (break / fix) across PSG instances on our S4 HANA instance as well as ECC6.
0. As such, the Business Analyst will be the key contact for PSG businesses where ETO supports PSG SAP environments.
What will you do?
Assessment / blueprinting of enhancements and projects providing ensuring solutions meet or exceed business value propositions and meet architectural policies.
Effective and efficient delivery of all functional SAP Project Execution activity to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and optimal manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)
Management and accountability for the achievement of all Metrics (SLAs)
On time delivery of functional aspects Enhancement and Project assessment requests and blueprinting
On time delivery of functional activity within Enhancements and Projects
Quality of delivery of all functional aspects of Enhancements and Projects
Delivery and support of incident / break / fix and production support
Effectively manage the relationship with internal business partners
Manage bolt-on related issues, interfaces, IDOCs, workflows
Work with various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA’s
Actively participate in project and enhancement reviews
Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements
Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements
Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams.
Ability to read the code, debugging and transporting design solution is key in this role.
Coordinate with Super Users in resolving issues that arises during user training
Help in the management of Root Cause Analysis for service delivery issues
Actively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews
How will you get here?
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.
Minimum of 7 years in SAP MM & WM as functional consultant in projects and / or support.
Experienced in implementing and supporting Purchasing & Inventory mgmt. and warehouse mgmt..
Experienced in WM configuration for different warehouse structures
Experience in configuration and support cycle counting and Physical Inventory, STO, inbound and outbound delivery processes.
Experience in Handling unit and storage unit management and integration with supply chain.
Expertise in integration with 3rd party interfaces and RF devices.
Experience in modifying forms and labels in WM environments (SAP script & Smart form)
Experience in RF configuration and functional support
Experience with setting up ALE, EDI & Idoc interfaces a must.
Should be able to analyze end to end procurement processes and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in MM.
S4H experience would be a plus
Tool & Technology Skills
ECC6.0 and / or S4 Hana implementation experience
Knowledge of Service Now (Service Requests, Incident & Change Management Process)
