Qualification & Experience :
Engineering or IT graduate with 6 to 10 years of experience across Engineering and PLM software development and customization area preferably with at least
3-4 years on CATIA / Enovia CAA / RADE development
1-2 years of experience handling work-package / project / module with small to medium size project teams (minimum 3 persons)
2-3 year of transnational experience is must
DELMIA development awareness
Knowledge of PLM applications / tools (Catia V5 R21 / VPM 1.6 / 3DExperience / Windchill)
Knowledge in programming language (.Net, JAVA, C++) and database (SQL Server, Oracle)
Strong awareness and experience with Waterfall / Agile / SAFe project methodologies
Plan / Steer / Control the Lifecycle of Information Management projects.
In the context of the agile methodology (agile scrum or scaled agile : SAFE, scrum of scrum, etc.), the PM takes specific roles and performs a subset of the activities above in line with the role’s responsibilities.
In particular, as scrum master, he / she uses the PM and agile competences to improve productivity, working practices and tools;
he / she helps to ensure organisation respects commitment of team; he / she encourages the team to challenge themselves;
he / she implements the scrum framework; he / she assists, facilitates creativity, fosters empowerment and removes impediments.
Establish suitable stakeholder networks mange them effectively.
Manage and monitor partners & subcontractors. He / she manage contractual relationships to successfully ensure the delivery on time, cost & quality with relevant supply chain organization.
He / she ensures products are delivered meeting the expected business value.
Identify, assess risks and opportunities in his / her area of duty. He / she identifies and prioritizes events that might negatively / positively affect the programme / process / function objectives and he / she categorizes them.
He / she takes corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
Identify, tailor, optimize and apply relevant processes, methods and tools according to the type of programme / project (size, context, complexity, etc.
This includes any agile methodologies (agile scrum or scaled agile : SAFE, scrum of scrum, etc.), and also the context of hybrid projects, where the successful integration of multiple work packages developed applying different methodologies is needed.
The PM operates with customers and key contacts, including their business models & operations, addressing major challenges and the resulting expectations and needs.
Define, sets up and manage a project / programme structure to achieve the project / programme targets. He / she defines, uses and sustains resources, and support team development with the appropriate competences, over the project lifecycle.
Adapt and use multiple forms of communication styles to ensure that all people / stakeholders are willing and able to follow common objectives.
He / she negotiates & influences using reasoned advocacy in order to gain buy-in as well as using facilitation techniques to manage situations of conflict.
He / she uses flexible and adaptable working styles to build and develop effective cross-functional team work. He / she interacts with people of different cultural background in a constructive manner to achieve commonly accepted project results.
