Performing end to end recruitment solutions.
Business Development : Seek out and build relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities
Recruitment process management : Arrange job interviews, salary negotiation and closing to ensure the successful placement of your Candidates
Performs full lifecycle recruiting (intake meetings, job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, through offer
Develops and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, vendors, and associates to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
Supports the identification of talent gaps within the client groups
Sourcing and screening profiles per the job specifications from the paid and free job portals, social networking sites and internal database and through referrals.
Posting Job requirements on leading job portals and screening responses.
Recruiting and hired candidates on contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placements for all IT positions of various levels (Executive to Project Manager)
Conducting phone screens and coordinate interviews with technical teams.
Short listing the profiles with the maximum accuracy and filling the requirements.
Scheduling the interview for the short-listed candidates.
Updating and maintaining the records in the internal database on an ongoing basis.
Follow up of offered candidate till the date of joining
Conducting reference checks (If required) and submitting the essential documents to the client as per the request.
Need to have a strong Data Base of suppliers and consultants
Good knowledge on different Visa status.
Good Training and development skills.
Should be an expertise in finding genuine consultants.
