Job Duties & Responsibilties :
1)Work out a Sales Plan with every empanelled RP and ensure adherence to the RP governance note.
2)Visit all Referral partners (RPs) on regular basis as per the agreed beat plan with Regional Leads. Visit Reports of same to be submitted to Regional leads
3)Drive necessary engagement initiatives including Training, Marketing campaigns and on-ground activities to create awareness and generate prospects from target ABL profile customers.
4)Target 50 - 70% login to sanction ratio from RPs.
5)Ensure Activation of every RP on both logins and disbursements as per agreed Monthly Business Plan.
6)Feedback / Progress of every prospect generated should be shared with RPs on daily basis through Daily Dashboard.
7)Learnings basis status of prospects including drop outs, meetings, Logins, rejections, sanctions and disbursements should be shared with RPs and also Business teams to constantly improve concerned RP business scale, speed and quality.
8)Engagement with concerned ABL RMs in terms of prioritising customer meetings and progress of every referral generated from RP.
9)Share RP wise dashboard with Regional Head / Asset Leads and concerned RPs to draw learnings and action plans to enhance RP productivity and alignment towards DBS Bank
10)Keep a close eye on RP sourcing channels and involved team in generating referrals for ABL business.
11)Do proactively report any misconduct / unethical activities committed / done at RP level to safeguard Bank from any risk of poor credit origination / business booking.
12)Ensure timely RP Payouts as per the commercial agreement with RPs.
13)Any feedback / concerns of any RPs should be addressed to avoid losing engagement and hence rightful share of business being originated from RPs.
Required Experience :
1)Proven track record in Assets sales and Managing Channel partners
2)Understanding of the Assets business and market segment
3)Understanding of competition and key market practices.
