Roles & Responsibility :

  • Planning the targets and goals set for the area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
  • Servicing the needs of the existing customers
  • Increasing business through various sales strategies.
  • Collection of Payments from the customers
  • Collecting customer feedback.
  • Keeping up to date knowledge with products and competitors
  • Maintaining accurate sales records
  • Organizing training programs for the customers
  • Organizing seminars and workshops to increase the sales.
  • Negotiating and getting signed contracts and packages from customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Collecting related data from the market on prescribed format provided from time to time.
  • Obtain branding site measurements and provide the same to the Head office for designing and fixing the posters at the customer's place.
  • Deliver as and when required promotion materials to the customers.
  • Conduct marketing programs as and when required at the customers and prospects.
  • Establish retail display in salons and improve retail sales.
  • Discuss and set schedule for product in-salon demo for our technical staff.
