This exciting role offers opportunity to :
Overall responsibility for three phase for assigned territory
Customer handling & customer satisfaction - explanation of root cause analysis, assurance to customers regarding products & services.
Responsible for Load studies, site studies, Installation, commissioning, Preventive and emergency Breakdown service. Service sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Receives and resolves customer's service calls in field. Direct onsite support to customers
Plan and conducts Preventive maintenance to improve machine down time
Protect service contract Penetration and sell other service products to achieve Service sales targets
Provide technical and other business related support to Service Providers.
Maintains an ongoing relationship with customers, service providers and other departments in the designated area.
Be responsible for Customer Satisfaction in the designated area
Regular and disciplined in service reporting.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics is highly desirable.
Process oriented and customer focused individual with a drive to provide highest level of field service support to the team to improve sales and profitability.
Requires knowledge for UPS as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.
Minimum of 10-15 years experience is recommended.
Strong interpersonal skills.
