Job description : - Key Account Manager (Strategic Accounts)

ØThe primary focus is to plan, implement, manage and develop a comprehensive strategy to maximize Oracle University's opportunities in a select set of Global SI / OPN partners for Oracle University On-Premise business.

ØParticipates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for strategic accounts. Develops collaborative working relationships with license, consulting, customer success teams etc.

to develop joint account plans. Develops and executes strategic plans utilizing resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue with guidance from the LOB leader.

ØResponsible for Booking, Revenue and CSAT for his set of SI & OPN accounts.

oManage weekly booking, net new opportunities, sales hygiene, volume deals and growth in a programmatic approach

oActively participates in periodic reviews and provides constructive inputs with focus on unit’s success.

oBuild and maintain sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, strategy development and trend analysis.

oHandles escalations and owns complex situations to negotiate and / or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

oBuild connects with GSI Leadership and executes quarterly leadership connect sessions for better visibility on client’s short and long term vision with Oracle.

oBuild & maintain working relationships with Practice’s business and L&D, Graduate Hire onboarding and Industry (ISU) teams.

oLiaison with Internal teams like Sales Ops, Field Ops, Order management, Collections, Credit, Legal and others.

oOwn Order Booking, LC Utilization and Digital Consumption for select set of accounts to build a compelling case for renewals.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

o10+ Years sales experience, preferably with GSI for Sell-to business.

oImpeccable sales record

oWin-Win / Partnering attitude with customers

oGreat communication skills

oExcellent presentation skills. Ability to present to Senior Audiences

oAbility to negotiate price and terms & conditions

oStrong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities

oModerate travel (25% 50%)
