Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Information Security (EIS) group is looking for a highly motivated leader for its Strategic Assessments and Engagement group.
Details of the major functions are given below.
Strategic assessments group comprises of teams performing Information Security Risk Assessment (ISRA) as part of a Center of Excellence, Third Party Information Security, and EIS Metrics and Reporting
Engagement with line of business and technology leadership teams done by the Group Information Security Leader teams, our public-
private partnership work, front-line strategy functions, as well as our Education and Awareness group.
Each of the above groups has functional delivery leaders in place who in turn will report in to this open position. This leadership role will have dual reporting line in to the Head of Strategic Assessments and Engagement Group at the Enterprise level in US and to the Head of Enterprise Information Security Services Delivery Organization in India.
Job Description :
Required Qualifications :
15+ years of technology / information security domain experience with minimum 12 years of Information Security and 10+ years of managerial and leadership experience.
Expertise in global service delivery in information security domain
Expertise in information security industry and regulatory standards, policies, procedures and control systems
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and program management skills.
Effective verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant Technology / Engineering discipline
MBA with systems or information risk management will be beneficial
Industry certification CISSP in good standing for over 7 years
Information Security leadership experience in US Banking organization
Market Skills and Certifications
Oversee day to day service delivery of the Strategic Assessment & Engagement organization across multiple global delivery centers.
Contribute to the strategic initiatives, policy changes and best practices of the function at the enterprise level
Oversee a team of 40+ highly skilled and motivated team members across geographic locations through the direct reports leading different sub functions within Strategic Assessment & Engagement organization
Develop and implement enterprise / organization wide initiatives and provide thought leadership
Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to influence project outcomes and investments.
Budget and forecast financial needs
Create and maintain Statement of work (SOW) and Process Service Description (PSD) for the function
Responsible for recruitment, performance management, team development, functional delivery and handling escalations
Accomplish results by communicating job expectation, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching
Accountable for forecasting, capacity planning, building high performing teams and monitoring the success of integrated service delivery.
Ensure smooth delivery of projects / operations with strong focus on quality and value creation for the organization / enterprise.
