Job Description :

  • Monitor performance of Controlled channel (Company & Authorized service centres)
  • Ensure training to service personnel working at the controlled channels
  • Attending to helpdesk complaints, immediately on receipt, follow-up on requirements & loop closure
  • Coverage of the territory as per defined PJCP
  • Co-ordinate with Retail in setting up service centre at the WoT / Titan One Infrastructure, equipments & tools as per the approved layout
  • Performance management of controlled channel on a periodic basis
  • Ensure quality of repair & minimize repeat returns
  • Monitor Parts distributor performance w.r.t forecasting, indenting, target achievement, payment & their coverage
  • Arrangement of spares available at controlled channel in case of exigencies
