It ensures global standards and best practices are employed in order to minimise risk to customers and the business. Job Description

  • Lead Change Management for specific region or business line
  • Possess experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Continually monitor / analyse change quality and performance trends, investigating underlying root causes and identifying emerging threats and opportunities
  • Provide consultation / guidance to technology teams on all matters of change policy, standards and best practice
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Boards
  • Maintain forward schedule of major change activities for effective prioritisation, concentration and conflict management.
  • Closely work with Regional IT CIO / IT EXCO for change management related activities
  • Operate Watch List, risk based auditing and quality sampling of change.
  • Operate Service Protection measures
  • Create Change Management MI for executive consumption
  • Support BRCM, Internal / External audit, SOX compliance and regulator assessment of change controls
  • Skills / Experience Required

  • Good Knowledge of IT Service Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management
  • Knowledge / understanding of the Group’s change management standards and controls, typically supported by practical experience in the process of preparing and reviewing IT change
  • Expertise with CA Global Service Desk utility
  • Expertise with Cognos
  • Expertise with Sharepoint
  • Expertise in advanced Excel and Visual Basic for Applications(VBA) will be
  • Strong desktop skills, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, focusing on remote and written communications, inclusive of ability and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver MI reports that provide meaningful insight
  • Ability to deal with conflictive situations with success negotiation skills
  • Additional Information / Specific Skills (If Any)

  • ITIL V3 Certified (foundation level) or similar
  • 8+ years proven and progressive experience in an IT role, preferably incorporating service management priciples or one working closely with service management functions
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management
