Job Purpose :
To work closely with Head of Delivery in driving the sales growth and profitability of the Strategic Accounts in the Indian and European market.
To build and establish a long term sales pipeline to meet company's business and revenue targets.
Key Accountabilities :
Responsible for overall Sales of IT and PLM Project and Staffing Services
Provide vision and direction to the company's India sales initiatives
Prospecting, Sales and Account Management at strategic levels and for selected strategic
Build a motivated team of sales engineers, business development and operations personnel to achieve team results
Contribute towards the strategic plans and their implementation
Development and management of alliances with partners and vendors
Business Planning & Marketing
Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
Recommend and implement viable industry / vertical strategies to Increase Company’s market share and profitability
Develop and prepare sales forecast, budget and manpower plans
Prospecting, Sales and Account Management
Identify and penetrate new, and up-sell and grow share-of-pocket of existing, major accounts
Pursue major prospects, business opportunities and lead in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales
Establish excellent client relationships with strategic customers
Interpret customer needs and works to meet those needs
Identify potential business opportunities
Operations and Delivery :
Drive sales process level improvements to improve overall sales process.
Streamline gaps between sales, operations and delivery.
Work with the stake holders to improve overall efficiency of the operations.
Desired Profile :
8 plus years of technology sales and high level account management in the IT industry.
Proven track record in technology or services selling within any domain like PLM, SAP, ERP, IT infrastructure.
Should have managed and achieved Annual Sales Target of $1 Million and above.
Outgoing personality with vision and energy to build a great organization.
