Export Sales Lead - Personal Health
You are responsible for
Develop and implement the market development plan for the organization range of products for the defined regions like Sri Lanka, Nepal , Bangladesh and Bhutan.
Analyze information develop a detailed understanding of the route to market and where the sale opportunities exist (potential and profitable markets)
Identifying Sales opportunities and establishing a network with the channel partner.
Strengthening and expanding the export footprint by sourcing new channel partners within the approved geographies like Sri Lanka, Nepal , Bangladesh and Bhutan.
Coordinates all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involves sales force and marketing support
Translation of the business plan of the sales group into strategic yearly plans in which targets, strategy and actions are set to meet the short and long term goals
Contributes to the annual account plan in line with the account plan strategy and implements the sales strategy Contributes to the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Gaining complete understanding of the operating countries economic trends, triggers affecting the industry, competition actions, customer preferences, usage patterns etc.
Systematically analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends
Strategizing ways to expand network and fortify the relationship with the existing distributor partners within the approved country of operation to increase business
Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to close the Deal
Provide input in the generation of the Personal Health SKU’s intake / sales forecast.
Participate in the sales planning exercise. Provide information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips personal health.
Achieve month wise sales objectives for entire product range
Implement company’s credit policy
Ensure region’s Commercial is within budgets
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing
Overall 8 to 10 years of international sales experience in any one of the Asian country (Sri Lanka, Nepal , Bangladesh and Bhutan)
Sales Experience of FMCG Company / consumer durable in the international market will be preferred and an advantage.
Experience & knowledge of channel sales and strong knowledge of channel partners.
Good inter-personal skills
Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.
Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution / Channel Management
Strong team and stakeholder management skills
