Operations and People Management
The role is to lead centralized operations with key deliverables like workflow management, integrations, process improvements, operations management and people management.
SLA compliance, Stakeholder satisfaction, Escalation / SLA analysis to improve KPI's short of target levels.
Make sure all team members are provided with a proper and fair work environment including notably access rights granting and management of early / late shifts.
Review operations at least on a weekly basis with all SBA / FSS Leads to set-up together action plans when required.
Have an eye for detail and work towards convergence of processes for all geos.
Maintain a positive team spirit and engage team members - thanks to staff meetings, team events, team outing, behavioral and technical trainings
Activity ramp-up & budget monitoring
Work with the Director to provide support to the Finance team to prepare budget and follow-up of its actuals.
Make sure team sizing is well adapted to both activity requirements and budget constraints by calculating utilization of respective teams.
Internal Control & Continuous Improvement
Ensure implementation of internal control framework in line with internal audit charter and external auditors requirements.
Make sure the documentation of processes, deliverables and training guides is in line with company standards.
Ensure storage and updates of all required templates and procedures is performed on a regular basis in the dedicated tools : Shared-drive, Dashboards, or other as appropriate.
Required Candidate profile
Skills required -
15year+ experience in Sales Administration / Order management for SBA role in ITES industry / 15year+ experience in Finance processes (AP, AR, GL, FP&A) for FSS role in ITES industry.
Chartered Accountant, MBA or equivalent preferred.
Role model as a manager of a multilayers team, with a least a 10-year team management experience.
Handled a team size of 100 people.
Strong customer focus mindset.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Great intercultural skills, abroad working experience would be a plus.
Autonomous in defining priorities at all levels of an organization.
Six Sigma Black belt / Green belt certified with STRONG improvements background.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, word and power point).
Strong analytical skills and good team player.
Keen learner with positive attitude.
Structured, disciplined and flexible approach towards work.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams with solution finding approach.
