Job Description

Graphic Designer is a member of our marketing team who will drive marketing campaigns by using the power of art and brand communication.

With passionate in design, he or she is capable of taking directions from creative ideas to create artworks, including images, layouts, and other visual designs.

To become a part of our team, he or she should be performance-driven and have strong interest in digital marketing. Also, he or she should be able to communicate well with other internal teams, be able to balance between technical and business objectives, and thrive to achieve high expectations.

Responsibilities :

  • Create professional artwork for business strategies and campaigns, including corporate identity and visual communication for brands, products, and users.
  • Develop creative briefs and design concepts to meet business objectives by work closely with the marketing communications team.
  • Simplifies complex value propositions of solutions to stunning visual communication.
  • Connects the brand and product to people with excellent aesthetics to represent value centric thinking while addressing the design challenges in usability, marketing, and engineering constraints without compromising each other.
  • Manages daily operations in a department responsible for all creative works, including audience promotions, communication, advertising, and controlling marketing collateral standards for both offline and online platforms.
  • Coaches and trains all junior designers and consults with business managers about effective communication guidelines.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Art and Creative Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in graphic design.
  • Extensive experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good command in motion graphic software, i.e. After Effect and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Brand Design, Human Focus Design, Human Psychology, and Design Thinking process.
  • Has a sense of practical design and understand ongoing business priorities.
  • Ability to deal with a dynamic team and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams with right jargon and metrics.
  • Good Thai and English communication skills.
