What You'll be Doing

Providing value add to the Talent Acquisition and Human Capital teams at TTEC Ahmedabad through generation and analysis of various reports & dashboards providing the accurate picture to the concerned stakeholders.

  • On a typical day, you'll

  • Analyze data and make suggestions for process improvement
  • Needs to understand multiple business areas including OSC and center operations
  • Manage multiple complex projects as per the requirement of the program / department
  • Develop and support reporting processes for national center operations data solutions that utilize Oracle, SQL, Access, Seagate Crystal Reports
  • Monitor and identify trends and recommend course of action
  • Monitor and audit data quality
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations
  • Regular follow up with concerned stakeholders for data requirement

  • Computer savvy & excellent English communication skills
  • SQL experience required
  • Seagate Crystal Reports background a plus
  • Database administration skills using Access and Oracle databases
  • Strong background in reporting (operations and financial)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Data Analysis & MIS
