Employee life cycle Management :
Supervises end to end employee life cycle aspects primarily including key processes like Joining & Induction, HRIS management, payroll inputs, vacation & other leaves, statutory benefits governance & labor law compliance as well as transfers and exit in a SLA driven environment
Manage data analytics, report generation and sensing processes via data validation and management
Execution of HR Policies & processes :
Communicate, create awareness and implement all HR policies and programs as per the defined guidelines and responsible to eliminate financial leakage (if any).
Design and execute employee care programs to enhance employee engagement.
Review and design HR processes that are simple, transparent and aligned to the business strategy coupled with evolving needs of the current generation of workforce.
Interpret and advise Business Managers and Business HR on HR policies and programs to ensure effective implementation and compliance to company policies.
Provide insights and recommendation to HR Employee Services Manager & Regional Services Lead regarding non- standard and exceptional requests with adequate data backup for them to take decision.
3. HR Information Systems and related systems :
Supervises day to day HR operation systems w.r.t. data upload and maintenance by the team
Monitors the interfaces of HR systems with other related stand- alone systems and ensure the smooth flow and execution of HR processes.
Ensures resolution of the operational issues encountered by team in consultation with IMIS team
Mentors automation projects to revamping of the existing systems and bring efficiencies
Budget control and management
Diligently manages employee care and HQ budgets with rigor throughout the year.
Regularly monitors expenditure and cost effectiveness measures during the year
Work Plan Management : Ensure execution of the team's work plans, set and monitor service level KPIs;Maintain and improve the appropriate infrastructure and capability needed to support on- going activity;Balance the team workloads.
Set individual goals and manage team performance.Process, Connect and engage the team's activities to HR overall strategy
Ensure that the relevant policies and tools are fully and effectively implemented by the team;Stay up- to- date on the legal, technological and professional issues impacting the activities, to ensure high standards of execution.
