Responsibilities

As the RFP Response Writer, you will be working directly with the leaders for product designing and developing. This is a unique opportunity for a self-

motivated individual to join a rapidly growing software company and make significant contributions. Leading candidates must be excited about working in a fast-

moving entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include :

  • Meets with subject matter experts in order to ensure that specialised topics are appropriately addressed and discussed
  • Provide solution development including service strategy, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing
  • Clearly and accurately articulate, verbally and in-writing, technical solutions to business requirements to technical, business and executive management audiences
  • Deliver sufficient guidance and documentation for seamless transition to service delivery teams including Zinier or external partners
  • Identify key components and appropriate third party resources to meet customer requirements
  • Edit proposals to add customer focused messages and ensure the proposal speaks to the customer
  • Ensure proposals have zero spelling and grammatical errors
