Job Description

Call on major customers to present complexsolutions consistent with current products and strategic direction.

  • Budget and plan resources as well as analyzingcost effectiveness of all programs to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Director NRW Business Solutionsto prepare tenders which incorporate pricing quotations and business terms thatare complaint with Itron’s legal standards.
  • Organise and coordinate short / medium / long termbusiness for the region covered.
  • Provide pro-active communications to clientsinforming them of sales achievement, company and industry new items, as well assuccessful product applications.
  • Prospect and identify business opportunitieswith new and existing accounts.
  • Follow-up on orders and coordination betweenorganizations to ensure orders are filled and world-class customer service isprovided.
  • Follow-up and management of sales activitiesaccording to procedures.
  • Assess, reduce and monitor business risksaccording to Itron policy and the legal risks in the area business operations.
  • Represent the company in regional and nationaltrade shows.
  • Provide monthly reports and plans

    Desired Profile

  • 0-1 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree intechnical field. Mechanical, Hydraulic or Energy preferred
  • Ability to be main contact for customers anddedicated to business development
