Sr. Business Systems Analyst
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is a trusted advisor of the Salesforce COE to the business for solutions and processes.
Working closely with business leaders and SMEs in Sales, Marketing, Post Sales, Customer Support, and Finance organizations, this personable individual will develop a solid understanding of business process and needs.
They will participate in the analysis and triage of work intake for the Saleforce.com team, work assignment, solutioning, and overall Platform Health.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, will be self-motivated, success driven, and be able to prioritize workload.
This role requires prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator in fast paced business environment.
Partner with stakeholder leaders to create effective Salesforce solutions along with technical and functional support to users of Salesforce.
Implement and govern security related to profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and login access policies
Perform Audit Trail monitoring as needed
Serve as daily monitor for internal Salesforce support, acting as Tier 2 help desk researching and diagnosing user issues.
Classify items as hot fixes or deferred to backlog.
Manage Sandbox environments and conduct QA Tests on new development
Work independently to maintain subject matter expertise with each new Salesforce.com release
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor' s degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering
2-4 years of experience in configuring and managing com Service Cloud and / or Sales Cloud
Proficient in com administrative skills, such as creating user, profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and process builder
Experience with deployments from sandbox to production
Experience in performing data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using data loader
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and be results-driven
Proven experience building Salesforce components supporting core business processes
Agile Development and SCRUM delivery methodology
com Advanced Administrator Certification
com CPQ Specialist Certification
Experience with Salesforce Communities
Familiarity with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, & Apex coding and syntax
Experience implementing Knowledge management
