Job Description

HR Administration Specialist with German

Location : Poland

Key responsibilities :

  • Managing Personal Information and documentation
  • Validation and processing of Benefit Claims
  • Cooperation with Payroll and Benefits Provider
  • Providing inputs for Payroll
  • Employee data & systems management
  • Requirements :

  • English on at least B2 level and German on C1 level
  • Higher education degree, preferably in related area
  • Around 2 years of experience in HR area
  • Experience in using Workday, Salesforce, People Soft, SAP or any HRO related systems
  • Good MS Excel & Word skills
  • Good communication & analytical skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and solve problems proactively
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and prioritize day to day work
  • Experience in the areas of performance management (calibrations), talent management, and organizational development will be a great asset!
