Oversee and / or perform thebusiness as usual tasks to ensure investment performance data meets the standardsfor accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor data quality and data availability issues,escalating concerns to internal / external teams. Ensure technical and workflowissues are identified, researched, resolved, and communicated in a timelymanner.

Provide production support as related to performance data. Utilizesinvestment performance subject matter expertise to improve current processesand meet increasing / changing data needs.

Identifies, recommends and implementsprocess and technology improvements to generate efficiencies, reduceoperational risk, and increase levels of client satisfaction through fasterdelivery and higher accuracy.

Establishes and maintains metrics related to thetiming and accuracy of performance data. Builds strong relationships withinternal and external partners, enhancing their business activities throughflexible and responsive customer service.

Proactively communicates withstakeholders, providing clear and timely status updates during daily and monthlyproduction cycles.

5 to 7 years of overall professional work experience.Minimum 4 years of investment industry and 2 year of performance measurementexperience.

1+ years’ experience calculating, analyzing and interpretingperformance results. Hands-on experience in performance operations is preferred.

Identification of performance errors and management of issue resolution. Collaborationwith upstream sources (e.g. accounting, index vendors) to identify and remediateissues.

Attention to detail and accuracy. Daily and monthly performancecalculation experience. Familiarity with Global Investment PerformanceStandards (GIPS).

Contribution to return, risk / return statistics. Benchmarkcomparison, custom benchmarks. Performance attribution. Strong MS Excel, SQLskills (Oracle preferred) are required.

Responsible for understanding clients’overall business model and purpose. Responsible for client satisfaction anddelivery of the overall service model.

Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Exhibitedskills in problem identification and problem resolution.

Effective timemanagement and organizational skills


BE / MBA and / or CFA / CIPM preferred
