KRAs Each critical report / deliverable needs to express the narrative in correct and strong language Headers / titles for above and templates thereof need to be unequivocal, polished & optimized Critical communication e.

g. Tier 1 QBRs need strong creative content Ditto for new case studies, innovative solutions developed on floor, etc

Primary responsibilities Review critical report, deliverables, QBR deck pref before delivery and rewrite content Work on deliverable design stage to structure communication / content Apply creative writing skills on all internal solutions, case studies Lead content writer for whitepapers, blogs, trade forum content, etc

Key Success Factors Build interpersonal relationships with Sr. managers in the delivery team and build a complementary and symbiotic relation with them Ability to multitask along with flexibility to adjust to changes in downstream priorities Imbibe and understand report / deliverable objectives and apply appropriate content under different formats and form limitations Ability to revel under challenging deadlines and balance quantity with quality Cogency

Domain & Experience Aware of latest trends in IT industry, best practices, innovations in content, form and channel Preferable experience in the field of corporate communications, content development / writing, editing & proofreading along with the responsibility for quality and authenticity of the content Preferable experience in ideating content for collaterals such as newsletters, whitepapers, emailers, corporate / business updates, display material, posters, etc.

Education & Skills Graduate in any discipline because we believe that the best copywriters don’t always have a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Advertising or related disciplines Best is class language, writing and communication skills Ability to ideate and write independently on diverse subjects especially technical Strong teamwork is of paramount importance Good command over MS office package
