¢ Responsible for revenue generation of the assigned center by driving sales through outbound calls and one to one counseling for our International Education Division.
¢ Responsible for conversions from data collected from seminars and events. ¢ Responsible for marketing activities comprising of ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns and ensuring maximum ROI.
¢ Responsible for proper counseling of students or parents as per the counseling guidelines. ¢ Ensure conversion from telephonic leads and referrals ¢ Contributes in centre-
level customer service activities like maintaining inventory of study materials, resolving student queries etc. ¢ Support in setting up counseling desks, events, fairs in school & colleges etc.
