Enterprise Platform Service team consists of Enterprise Quality Engineering (EQE), DevOps & Cloud services and is part of the Enterprise Information Technology business.
This team interacts closely with multiples business partners including Wholesale Banking, Consumer Banking, Wealth & Investment Management and Consumer Lending Teams.
About the Role
This team provides technical systems support within a Middleware services.
1 Provides support Middleware Patching and complaince remediation activities
2 Troubleshoots issues that arises out of patching and remediation on Middleware products
3 Uses diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems
4 Knowledge on security hardening and creating solutions for new security baseslines .
5 Good Understanding of Infrastructure Service Management Processes (Incident / Change / Problem Management)
6 Maintains change or issue logs; analyzes trends and recommends process improvements
7Ability to Communicate and Co-ordinate with multiple support teams and business communications
8 Ability to make quick and accurate decisions, including the appropriate escalation of critical issues
9.Work closely with Patching engineering to ensure patches are tested before getting to production and ensure bugs reported.
10 Understanding of how patch and remediation inventory is derived and establish mechanisms to prevent chronic issues reappearing .

1 Understand Process and Environment working closely with senior team members and Stateside Partners
2 Develops own Skills apart from his Specific platform with help of self paced, Instructor led training and mentoring from team members
Graduate / post graduate with 3+ years experience.
Primary Skills : Weblogic, Apache, Tomcat Administration
Secondar Skills : JBOSS, IIS, SunOne, Webspehere, MQ, IHS
Hands on experience with both Unix and Windows OS. Unix experience is a minimum requirement
