Program Managers at Amazon have end to end responsibility of the customer experience and growth of the category they have been assigned to.

Amazon strives to present its customers with the widest selection of products at the best prices - The Program manager's role is to bring in the relevant assortment from International markets -

review the selection already launched under Stone & Beam, Revitt and other Private Brands in NA, work with the sourcing team to shortlist the right set of suppliers, design targeted promotions and work with seller partners.

This role is to lead the Furniture business of Amazon's Private Brands.

Program managers anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional road map and will drive a major change or enhancement for customer experience, influencing category needs based on their knowledge of competitive trends in the marketplace and other macro environment data.

He / She will need to work with multiple external design agencies to launch a curated selection for Amazon's Private Brands

The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-

solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate great voice and content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), show strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in marketing and merchandising.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to succeed at :

  • He or she must be able to develop clear thinking and business rationale for new features & services to bring customers ease-

    The candidate must be an effective communicator in working with some of Amazon’s most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal colleagues and groups.

    The candidate must have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

    We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.

    An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.

  • Work experience is preferred (5-6 years).
  • Experience in Business, Category Management, Brand Management, fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
  • Smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative.
  • Innovative, team oriented, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • MBA / Master's degree is preferred
  • Experience in consumer-facing sectors Furniture or Fashion with a good mix of sales & marketing management.
  • Experience of developing annual plans and developing execution strategy for the same and execute those plans
