Service Delivery Managers in this role get to :

Strengthen relationships : Establish and maintain communication with clients and / or teammembers; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations

Ensure success : Coordinate with the implementation team for new accountroll-outs

Build the company : Seek, develop, and maintain relationships with clients; sustainand grow business partnerships by offering proactive solutions

Manage the workforce : Project and oversee staffing

Define Sutherland’sreputation : Effectively deal with client complaints andissues


Our most successful candidates will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer service experience; managerial experience
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Persuasiveness in communicating and presenting the scope of Sutherland’s products to industry prospects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
