Job DescriptionEnsure growth and oversee achievement of regional revenue targets, profitability and continued viability of the service line.Create, maintain & grow client relationship with fund/developers etc. Also additionally act as an account manager for existing and potential clients.This position will be responsible for increasing market share, performance and expansion of CMIS’s business wherein the key KPI’s will be, but not limited to the following:Working with your manager to devise strategies that will help drive the business towards achieving its short term as well as long term goals.Driving profitability and managing business operations of region assigned to you.Oversee and manage relationship building, account management and servicing of the existing and prospective CMIS client relationshipsBring best practices that can help organization/team/an individual win business while ensuring service excellence.Work in collaboration with other teams within CMIS vertical as well as other business verticals to achieve over-riding goals of Colliers like winning more business through referrals.Lead and manage all people centered activities like recruiting, employee development, performance management, driving productivity and exit management.Coach, guide and mentor team to ensure high level of client engagement and satisfaction measured using NPS scoring.Increase Colliers International’s visibility with a primary focus on large and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications6 - 8 Years of experience into Real Estate Capital Markets/Investments/Fund RaisingPerson should have excellent exposure to Business Development, Structure Negotiation, and
Financial Modelling. Should be excellent with PPT skills.Must be an MBA or CFA or CAPreferably be from Investment Banking/IPC with Business Development and transaction experience.Ability to manage time effectively, to demonstrate strong organizational skills and to handle multiple priorities.Strong analytical skills Well-versed in analytical acumen, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. Quality orientedSelf-Motivated and result oriented individualPossess leadership skills, and should encourage juniors in pursuit of excellence in their chosen occupation
