Oracle SCM Cloud Functional resource with minimum of 15 years of overall Oracle Applications experience that includes at least 5 years of Oracle SCM Cloud work experience
Well versed across core SCM Cloud Modules - Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Portal etc.
Knowledge on Order Orchestration, Project Billing Cloud & Project Costing Cloud would be added advantage
Hands-on implementation or support experience on at least 3 Oracle SCM Cloud projects
Detailed understanding on Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture
Good knowledge on SCM Cloud Integration with other cloud modules like Financials, Projects Accounting etc.
Good functional knowledge on Data Conversion, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, File Based Data Load, Migrations, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, OTBI Reports
Ability to translate business requirements into workable standard or custom solutions
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Experience on providing multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients
Prepare test, training scripts, functional specification documents etc. per AIM - Application Implementation Methodology
Experience on creating Oracle Service Requests for code-fix, data-fix, product bugs etc. and tracking them to closure
Certification from Oracle University on Oracle SCM Cloud or EBS R12 SCM would be added advantage
Prior experience on using incident management tool and familiarity with ticket status like User Wait, Testing etc.
