The Research Products team is responsible for delivering Sustainalytics’ suite of strategically important ESG research and data products helping clients comply with EU regulations such as the EU Taxonomy.

Our Research Analysts conduct extensive thematic activity-based research and analysis, focusing on delivering the right insights that our clients use to make informed investment decisions.

We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical and problem- solving skills, who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

The aim of this position is to support the EU Taxonomy team in delivering the highest quality data.


  • Develop a robust quality strategy and engage with various stakeholders across the company to ensure successful implementation;
  • Build and maintain a quality assurance framework focused on research output consistency and client needs;
  • Apply a client oriented mindset to identify new areas of improvement;
  • Develop, monitor and report on quality KPI;
  • Proactively address quality issues and engage with research teams to identify solutions;
  • Lead the development of tools for automated quality control;
  • Manage a small team of quality specialists

  • Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills;
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and management of projects and teams;
  • Experience in working in an international environment;
  • Client oriented mindset, accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with other data management tools and QA automation is a plus (Power Bi, Access, Python, etc.);
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrated passion for sustainability;
  • Understanding of financial markets and the European Union initiatives for sustainable finance is added advantage;
