  • Resolving customer queries regarding products, offers etc.
  • Incorporating changes in the order based on customer request.
  • Raising tickets in case of an issue and following it through for a early resolution
  • Provide Customer feedback to the product development team to help improve the product
  • Explain the features and elements of the product efficiently to the customer
