Job Description : Responsibilities :
Manage social presence and creative executions on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other strategically relevant online properties.
Create and manage engaging, shareable content across all social channels to ensure alignment with overall marketing messages.
Identify, research, and recommend innovative social opportunities for different eCommerce industries concentrating on brand awareness and sales.
Actively research current trends related to market and competition, including analyzing current digital marketing tactics, concepts, practices, and procedures.
Partner to develop and execute eCommerce strategic plans and promotions to grow followers and increase engagement within social channels.
Monitor and engage daily in relevant social discussions with end users across different channels to boost page followers.
Create storytelling photos and video content for online campaigns across different channels to attract new users and engage existing ones.
Creating powerful content for website landing and product pages to boost sales.
Work closely with our marketing team to plan seasonal campaigns and coordinate promotional events to score sales.
Respond to user queries, comments, and reviews across different social channels.
Proven work experience as an eCommerce Social Media Marketing Specialist
Great in Communication skills in dealing with UK, Canada and UAE businesses especially in generating user interaction and brand awareness across different social channels.
Ability to plan and create exclusive social media contest and promotional campaigns based on real events and seasonal promotional sales.
