Technology Architect / Sr.Technology Architect
Bachelor's in Science, Engineering or equivalent
Customer Engagements :
Perform Build activities (hardware & software configuration) of customer environment and contribute to improve Build process.
Coordinate for Service transition activities.
Initiate change / release requests in line with Cognizant / customer change / release management process.
Work on the major problem tickets assigned by ITIS team.
Requirements Gathering :
Front end / POC on requirement gathering activities under assigned technology domain.
Design & Solutioning :
Coordinate on design & solutioning activities under assigned technology domain.
Project Governance :
Provide status report on the assigned tasks in the form of project status updates and weekly reports.
Handover the build out to Operations team with necessary Documents & KT.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management :
Coordinate with resolver groups (ITIS), vendors / carriers for problem solving.
Keeping updated the customer / stakeholder for various aspects pertaining to their project / deliveries.
Knowledge Management :
Contribute towards updating knowledge articles.
Contribute and participate in all organizational technical talks and knowledge sharing forums.
Team / People Management :
Ensure smooth induction and onboarding of new joiners.
Act as a buddy for new hires.
Quality & Process :
Adhere Change Management Process for every change that will be executed in infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
Personal Excellence :
Active participation in internal and external training.
Attend one training on softskill / process.
Meet the learning targets.
Complete atleast one technology certification.
