Basic Knowledge of Job portals(Naukri, LinkedIn, other social media)

Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

Manage candidates database

Review and understand job requirements

Identify / screen / qualify candidates for the positions.

Work extensively with the team to map the market and source the right candidate.

Stipend : 5000
