We're looking forward to grow our sales team with an army of individuals who are enthusiastic, opportunistic and possess a great deal of confidence to be a part of our Sales Team at Sanvariya Retails.
We're hiring for multiple openings & designations. The sales team would primarily focus on Institutional Sales (75%) and Retail Sales at modern outlets. (25%).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients proactively.
Identifying key accounts and strategically securing profitable business through FMCG RETAILS sales.
Survey of various outlets to gain market insights.
Making fresh calls to the assigned outlets.
Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned.
Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing clients.
Delivering presentations of the company products in the FMCG business.
Maintaining the company's contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
Producing daily & monthly sales
Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team, and HO.
Ensuring availability & visibility of the product in the assigned market.
Maintain and report details of stock movement in each location assigned.
Timely and frequent visits to the outlets & maintaining a minimum stock level at each outlet.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support the different outlets.
Executing the role of merchandiser where ever applicable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using MS- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Flexibility in working hours
