Reconciliation - IC3Responsible for the completion of in-depth data analysis of reconciliations and leading engagements across business areas.

Identifies trends, provides complex root cause analysis and executes on recommendations. Reviews and oversees the technical testing and the implementation of reconciliation software.

Reviews work completed by junior level staff.Reviews and finalizes the data analysis of Reconciliations . Assists more junior level staff in identifying more complex issues.

Reviews work completed by junior support staff. Escalates issues to more experienced staff.Deciphers complex root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks.

Reviews analysis completed by junior level staff.Finalizes and reviews technology communication, documentation and business case creation completed by junior level staff.

Conducts complex reconciliation software testing and implementation validation of code. Responsible for reviewing testing performed by junior level staff.

Reviews, analyzes and presents the data analysis conclusions, recommendations and updates to senior staff. Finalizes and assists in presenting documentation that is circulated to the market.

Reviews work completed by junior level staff.No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members.

May have people management responsibilities in some geographies. Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.

Bachelors degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.5-7 years of total work experience preferred.

Experience in financial services preferred. Applicable local / regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
