Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Responsible for broadcasting MIS report on the basis of defined frequency
Perform BAU activities pertaining to ensure that all daily reports are broadcasted
Support in development of reports for regulatory reporting, MIS & enhancement as per guidelines
Work closely with MIS manager to implement and maintain the models spanning the entire gamut of business - Customer Acquisition, Campaign Management, Portfolio Analysis and Predictive Modeling
Work on enhancement for SQL server data mart. Ensuring data consistency in hybrid system environment
Ensure appropriate reporting support for all the key business initiatives
Implement and support on subject data mart for downstream processes / applications involving CRM / other mobile apps.
Enabling data integrity, collation & reporting standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Degree or appropriate professional qualification, with 4 to 6 years’ experience.
4+ years of experience in information systems theory and configuration
of Bank / Insurance / Insurance KPO analytics / banks / credit card companies. Insurance background will be preferred.
Strong analytics skills & hands on with reporting and Integration tools like SSRS / SSIS / Tableau / SAS etc.
Knowledge of Database, Analytical Tools, Network & Cloud
