Overview The Global Reporting Specialist is responsible for creating and distributing operational reports and insights to the HR organization and its customers.
Nature of Work - Investigate ongoing opportunities for technology improvements to support the goals of HR and HR's customers
Gather new reporting requirements and provide solutions using various reporting technologies, such as HR Data Warehouse, PeopleSoft query, and SuccessFactors reporting
Complete testing for new reports
Generate and provide Center Of Excellence s and HRBPs with standardized reports on headcount, talent metrics, adherence to programs, etc.
Evaluate new reporting requests and determine if they should be scheduled in the future
Leverage existing system capabilities to create standardized reports for HR customers as requested
