Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieve or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers
Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with PUMA’s cornerstones & service standards
Responsible for attending, participating in & demonstrating proficiency in all training program, in all domestic & global and achieving required results within stores
Analyse customer profiles, identify buying trends and competitive information to impact & drive business
Attend and participate in Loss prevention education, training & awareness programs
Responsible for Loss prevention compliance within the store
Prepare the store & participate in physical inventory counts as directed by Store Manager
Communicate merchandise opportunity to Store Manager
Participate in all marketing opportunities & events as required by Store Manger
Participate in new store openings and / or store closings, travel maybe required
Attend all offsite training & position related meetings as required by Store Manager, travel maybe required
Responsible for execution and processing of both incoming & outgoing merchandise
Accountable for execution & maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the store always meets or exceed PUMA standards.
Maintain physical condition of store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to the store manager in a timely manner
Require to comply all operational core competencies and Key accountabilities
Abode by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe & compliant working environment, require to report all instance when this is not achieve
Require to work non traditional hours, weekend, evening, holidays, overtime maybe required in this position
A graduate degree with 2-4 years of work experience preferably in Retail environment
Excellent communication skills & high standards of grooming
Orientation towards customer service
