Should have ability to implement, test and rollout, ChaRM processes in Solution Manager 7.2 version
Knowledge on Transport route system (TMS), cCTS with respect to ChaRM.
Incident Management Functional configuration, SLA, Categories, Team determinations, Categorization.
Configuration of action profile and conditions with respect to incident management, Problem management CHARM.
Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge in Solution Admin (SOLADM), Solution Documentation (SOLDOC) and implementation.
Test Management Configuration including Test Automation CBTA, BPCA, SEA.
Configuration of Technical monitoring of Managed Systems and setup Alerting and automatic Incident creation.
Configuration of Managed Systems setup, SLD and LMDB.
Troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the SolMan and Managed System environment.
Excellent documentation skills for configuration, functional and technical specification documents, test case documents, training material and user guide.
