1. Area Sales Executive

This role will come with Sales Targets and commensurate rewards)

Role :

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell the product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Identify target accounts and increase sale in HoReCa segment for complete product range.
  • Build strong relationship with each of the Key Accounts.
  • Responsible for opening up new channel partners in HoReCa and alternate channels.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationship with Channel Partners, with regular liaison.
  • Create and maintain effective sales pipeline.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Track and manage daily sales in their region.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Skill Requirements :

  • Self-Starter and a go getter!
  • Proven experience in the B2B Sales - Minimum of 6 months to 24 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionals from HoReCa would be given preference.
  • Competition mapping and Market intelligence.
  • Track record of achieving targets.
  • Have a clear focus on important channels like Institutions, HoReCa and Modern Trade to build Distribution, Visibility and volumes.
